torsion bar lowering?

   im looking to get my saxo vtr lowered to a 50mm drop all round. ordering springs in th next couple of weeks. just wondered of anybody on here could point me in th right direction of somebody who does it? and what kinda money im looking at paying for it ? i live in newcastle so th closer th better really.
