Dash/Clock lights identifaction??

   i just stripped my clocks, noticed the handbrake, airbag and another one nect to handbrake was black taped,.. clearly to fool the MOT.
   
   anyways, what is the one next to handbrake?
   
   also,.. its become clearly the car has had a front end..
   
   how do i turn these three lights off?

   abs is on the right of the handbrake light.
   
   Not sure what vt you have like..
