dashboard warning light.. imobiliser?

   Hey guys, well today the weathers been great (not).. I had to drive thru a reasonable sized puddled which didnt seem to bother the saxo.. Got to my destibation turned car off for 20mins started her back up and now i have the warning light flashing which is the orange key icon.. Am i right thinking this is immobiliser warning light? Also what can i try to get it to stop flashing.. The car performs starts and everything as normal ive just got an annoying flashing warning light

   Leave battery off for 45 min
   Have a cups and a fag then try it

   If that light was the immobiliser then the car wouldn`t start,it could be the EML light where a sensor has got soaked.
