Few problems questions

   I've just noticed today to go in a strait line I have to turn the steering wheel ever so slightly left. But if I keep it strait the car veers slightly to the right. If this isn't tracking, could my camberd rear wheel cause this?
   
   Car makes a small chirping sound which is most noticeable on start up this is the fan belt?
   
   Lastly any no the average price a garage charges to change the timing belt?

   tracking is out. mine does this but not bothered by it.
   if rear wheel is cambered, your axle is fucked.

   I know me rear axle is fucked, some one just told me that could be causing it to steer right
