Towing a Saxo - Steering Lock?

   Hi all.
   
   If I win the auction, I have a Saxo to collect. The problem is that it has no keys. Can you break steering locks? I know you could in the old days, but not so sure now?

   hire a towing dolly. Probably safer.

   Steering lock can be removed if you take the barrel out
