f**ked clutch?

   Hi guys
   
   My mums saxo 1.1 forte clutch has a weird grinding sound when sat with foot down on the pedal it has no problems getting in gear if I sit press my foot lightly on the pedal it feels very rough on the pedal any ideas what this is?

   Sounds like the release bearing is on its way out mate,
   
   Worse case sinerio new clutch kit, not far from you if you need a hand doing it/ want it doing on the side

   Looks like its the release bearing has died but thinking about getting that done along with a new clutch
   
   Anyone know how much this will cost in parts?

   Sorted my parts out got a valeo clutch kit for 87 quid I presume this is about right?

   Fair play but my mate came off holiday today an we decided we were gonna have a go at it between us he's done them before thanks anyway
