Important! : Which way does the aintiroll bar come out on the rear beam

Hi my arb won't come out
Which side does it come out left side or right
Reason is I've got to put a new
Bearing because it sitting like so >>>(\) leaning in woods but no play
Please help and advice thanks
I think it's going to be hard to fit new bearingIn the rear arm has any one ever change one them

From memory I took my RARB out from the n/s (Passenger) that was on a mk2 VTR

Comes out the drivers side. If your struggling to get the arb out mate your going to struggle your bllocks off with the torsion bars and the trailing arm. Also if your wheel is like \ \ chances are the bearing surface has already gone.

remove one of the rear damper bolts and wind that into the anti roll bar on the passenger side. That will prize them apart
