brakes...

   i have just replaced all the disks and pads for all 4 corners.
   
   i had a good hand brake before i done this..
   
   now only one wheel is locking on the hand brake, i have adjusted the centrel cable and its still not locking..
   
   i used a proper calipar winding tool, have i done somethin wrong? or could it just be un-even cable..
   
   
   with the hand brake not locking the wheel, will this effect the foot brake on the rear too?

   Have you let everything bed in before you tried the handbrake? if not just give it some time then try it again.
   
   If its the pads that are causing it not to lock then it probably will affect the footbrake, but as i said just let everything bed in for a couple hundred miles
