will a standard cat fit an aftermarket 421 manifold

   This has probaly been asked before, basicaly it's mot time soon and i have an aftermarket 421 manifold unsure of make but was wondering if a stardard cat will fit or do i need to put the standard manifold back on? thanks for any comment's.

   awesome need to purchase new cat, it's a 2001 y reg vts will it need an underfloor cat as i'm not quite sure?

   May aswell fit a underfloor one mate, save's taking the manifold off for mot's.
   
   I haven't done this yet - so not 100% if lambda's are long enough.. But it's only a case of adding some extra cable to make them longer.

   I think so - just have big ugly standard manifolds that look like they have a cat in them lol.
