bleeding a saxo radiator

   Hi could anyone tell me how to bleed the radiator on my 1.0l saxo please?

   theres 2 bleed nipples one on top and 1 on the bottom undoo them whileenging is ticking ove hot and water will start spraying out then nip back up .
