1.1 gearbox oil

   Can anyone tell me how much oil my 1.1 gearbox needs? Put a full 1litre bottle in an it sounds ok but will it need more ?

   takes 2 litres. can check it by removing a bolt from the side of the box. if oil runs out, its overfilled. if it doesnt flow out, its not full enough

   Would it survive with one litre in ? Spend my last penny's on the first bottle :'(

   was it completely empty before? if so, you will wreck your gearbox in a matter of miles with only 1 litre

   Witch bolt do I un do to check its full?

   should be two on the side of the box with a square drive. bottom one is for draining the oil, upper one is for checking/topping up
