lowering flatarche

   Right going to lower my flatty soon gonna drop it 40mm allround i have vtr alloys on 185/55/14 tyres I've rolled the lip up could any one tell me if i would have problems with rubbing at all? Ta

   as i said in your other thread about this those tires will rub with any lowering i would have thought, tom was lowered 60mm and had to use 165 tires, see how much arch gap you have and if your lowering mroe than that amount then it'll rub

   not a clue cant imagine it would be expensive though £20-30 each for budgets?
   
   i dont know how the arch rolling will effect it though

   Would it mayyer if the front tyres where 185 and tack were 165? thanks

   No thats fine, they have to be the same tyres on the same axle, so as long as you have the same two on the back and same on front thats fine.
