saxo vrt turbo

   hi all,
   ive just turbo my saxo got the basic turbo kit, and everything just need advise ive bolted my intercooler what pipe work do i need and where to located them, and whats better to use uprated injectors(which ones) i have a 5th injector kit but the wires seemed to been cut of thought it meant to be all attached and how would you fit it ?

   if you can post a few photos of what you have there. If you post photos or a detailed list of all the parts you have we can tell you more. A 5th injector is a simple way to get it all up and running and can work very well. Intercooler can be piped in with just about anything. Alloy or stainless pipes are popular as are rubber or silicon pipes. The first cars i did i just robbed bits off a few old turbo cars in the scrap yard.

   have you got a pic of how the interccoler runs with the pipe work, and ive seen another saxo turbo which hasnt got a radiator

   what intercooler have u got? is it the long thin intercooler? when fitting mine i had to cut slam panel for where the boost pipes ran to the turbo etc! was a bit of a bugger getting it right but do it properly and u wont have to do it again! check this link ......

    havent got the pipe works yet just bolted my intercooler on and what do you suggest on what pipe work to get, need to know how the intercooler runs with the pipe work

    theres theads on here just need to search for them mate 2.25 inch pipe work is what most people are using

    Have a look at blackie2k5 think thats the right username he did a turbo build & is a knowledgeable/helpful guy.
