   Get a plate welded over it

   cut it out and have it plated by someone who can weld. Dont bodge it with filler or some other ghetto shit like some people on here do

   +1 to all above, best to have it cut out otherwise it'll rot the new plate.
   
   and quick and simple job that shouldn't cost that much to do, but is also an m.o.t failure, and make sure they use some decent metal i.e 18 gague, iirc i use this thickness when welding my inner wing up.
