Mk2 drivers side Driveshaft help

    Looking to replace my drivers side driveshaft within the next few days.
    Been looking at them for sale (ebay etc..) but mine seems to have a bracket (mid way) holding it up?(just before one of the boots) will try get pic's later.

    Can this bracket be easily removed and put onto a new driveshaft? Or do i need to by a driveshaft with this bracket on?
    I've only seen the driveshafts witout this bracket.

    It's a mk2 2002 VTR ... So i presuming it will be the tapered driveshaft?

    Any links to the correct driveshaft will be ideal.

    this is the bracket! (not my pic)


    can that be easily removed? or do i need to buy a driveshaft with this on?

    yes there are two 11mm nuts attached to two bolts that look like golf clubs that hold the intermediate bearing inplace. you remove them rarther than removing the bracket from the engine block. and the shaft should just slide out.
