soft suspension

so, i got a saxo vtr phase 1, it has been lowered (60mm i think, not sure, previous owners done it) the problem is when i got a few mates in the back, the standard 14" alloys are rubbing against the inner arche lining almost constantly, the suspension seems as if it is too soft, dampers fucked maybe? anyone know if there is anything i can do to stiffen her up? any advice would be much appreciated

also thought of getting some bumpstops, anyone ever came across some for a saxo?

Yep you should have a block of rubber each side, what some people(idiots)do is slice the block down so the car sits lower.

The only proper fix is to uprate the torsion bars... but thats expensive.
