Just a little heads up really.
If you have a mk1 or a lesser model saxo your likely to have an old fashioned crappy gearknob, if you have an early mk2 the gearknob was made from painted plastic so likely to be worn out and if you have a late mk2 it will be a gash chrome effect one.
Most aftermarket ones will look out of place in a standard interior so I went to Peugeot and got a half leather, half aluminium late 106 gti one for only £7. Citroen wanted more than that for the bog standard plastic one!

That will go straight onto a mk2 due to it having a plastic sleeve on the gearstick but if you have a mk1 you will need to either glue it on or wrap electricians tape round the stick and wedge it on.
