rear beam problem, help??

   hi i lowerd my saxo about a month ago and now theres a real loud whining noise when im driving. sounds exactly like a wheel bearing has gone and theres play in the rear pasenger side wheel. i was sure it was just the wheel bearing but after taking it to my dads friends garage hes telling my the rear bushes have gone. he told me that ide disturbed them when i lowerd it has any one else heard that?? and is he right?

   What method did you use to lower the beam?
   
   Using the 'wrong' method can cause damage over time.

   fucked now, just buy a new axle happened to me had to get a new axle

   but if i get anuva axle ital be lowerd or ill have to lower it asgen n the problem will happen agen wont it?
