Strange noise just started, video included

   Hey guys, my gti has recently devolved a noise. I would describe it as a beeping/ sort of whine noise. It happens when it's started and lasts for maybe 30secs- 1 minute. At first it was only a few seconds but seems to be getting longer. It's just randomly started out of the blue, don't seem to be having any other problems.
   
   (Ignore the slight vibrations from the air box lol)
   
   Any help would be great!
