saxo vtr rear beam non abs

    hi guys i have recently had fitted a saxo vtr disc beam to my 1.1 2001 mk2 106 and at same time i had the following replaced with new parts, handbrake cables, discs pads + fitting kit, gaz shocks, powerflex bushes. but recently its starting to knock and bang about which is noticeable abit more now i suppose but i want to know if its easy to fit a new bearing kit to the beam and im going to replace the arb bolts with new ones as one was missing before but that was replaced with a bolt i had lying around. its lowered about 60mm plus is there anything i can do to test or replace to stop my axle wearing down to quick other than replacing it.

    its always nice to know you can get help when you need it on this forum and 106oc NOT!?!?!?!?! but to answer the question to my problem which i have now solved on my own is my rear beam needed the arb bolts replacing and adjusting the ARB plate. ET VOILA no more knocking from rear beam!!

    You can't expect people to respond right away they do have lives aswell, this could of been found by using the search function anyway.. Glad its sorted though
