Gti bottom end on vts

   Had a search but I can't find a certain answer, but the situation is that the bottom end on my 3 plug vts is shagged, but i have a spare bottom end from a 98 gti. I know it is a straight bolt on to the vts head as its the same engine, but will the 3 plug wiring loom be a straight fit onto the gti bottom end? Or will the loom need splicing at all?

   Sensors wise theres no much on the block, oil pressure sender, crank sensor, knock sensor and possibly oil temp. I think you'll be fine to be honest

   you can use any gti block mate just swap sensors and bear in mind when doing the clutch i know the flywheel has a different bolt pattern
