Handbrake Sticking !!! GRINDING NOISE !!!

   Hi
   
   I put my car in for a handbrake cable replace because mine was fraded and just not working. I booked it in and have had a new one fitted, BUT this is super tight and always rubbs, i think anyway and i can hear a grinding noise from the back where it has been fitted.
   
   It only needs 1 or 2 clicks on the handbrake and the back tyres are always red hot, also can feel it pulling when im moveing.
   
   What can i do to loosen it?? Any thing i can do to stop this rubbing??

   Drum or disc?
   
   Take it back to the place it was done at?

   My guess it needs backing off a little bit, take it back to them mate.

   Its disc and yer ive been told needs loseing off may aswell take it backthey bodged it up so they can fix it lol
