Water Leak...!

   Hi my 2001 Forte has started to leak water from the radiator, she has always been stroppy sat in traffic in the heat and the fan cuts in but I switch on the heater or I start to move and the fan goes off, now I have noticed water leaking when I park. I lifted the bonnet and it looks like it is coming from the bottom of the radiator tube thing, is this possible? it is not leaking from anywhere else... is this the start of something major?

   It will be major if the leak isnt addressed. Fit a new radiator or associated piping that is leaked

   If you can see coolant leaking from a pipe, surely you'd replace the pipe or radiator then go from there?
