Simple as getting a twin fan housing, then another VTS fan to put in the other side(vtr/furio ones dont fit i've tried, even cut etc just not possible the mounting points are backwards)

Then splice into the live/earth wires. (2 thick cables coming out of the back of the fan.)

can't put it much simpler lol

get a twin fan from a vts (only comes with 1 fan)
get a single fan from another vts
put the fan onto your twin fan housing (3 bolts, easy)
Splice into red and yellow cable coming from the back of the fan (+/-)
connect them to the red and yellow cable on the other fan
