   yep, cambelt will have to come off and the cams will need to come out

   Are you sure its not leaking from oil cap?It looks like it in the pic.

   if you do take cams out follow the guide to fitting uprated cams and make sure both cams spin before refiting belt because they can be a bastard to fit properly and if they arent fitted properly they will lock up

    as welshpug says, wellseal is the stuff to use on face to face joins, or one of the more modern anaerobic sealants by loctite, as usued on land rover gearboxes and old vauxhall ohc engines
