    Fitted my ebay:
266mm BOSCH Caliper (Round Ended Pads) [Type 1]

    266mm diameter
    20.5mm thick
Vented disc, with a 27mm offset
    4.7kg disc weight
    54.0mm piston

nice easy fit no grinding just some washers and fluid

Only problem now is bleeding the things,
I get a good presure on the third or forth pump then it doesnt hold.

It's doing my head in, been doing it on my own..
Pumping the pedel then wedging a stick on the pedel then bleeding and repumping etc etc..

I have a presure bleeding kit but its leaking to bad to use.
Anyone got any tips before I give up and go to the robbers at quick fit lol..

sounds like you have an air leak, Is the banjo bolt tight enough on the new caliper? Check if its weeping. Get someone to help you too, doing it on your own isnt helping...

cheers, I was thinking the same thing i have only nipped them up as i dont want to over do them..

I've cleaned the calipers up and thought i would leave them for an hour or so then check round for again for leaks..

I didnt find any leaks this morning.. but realised that i'm a twat..

I had fitted the calipers upside down. left on the right & right on left..
swapped them round and the almost didnt need bleeding at all.

I'm suprised how good they are.. well impressed.

Now that job is done next is to get some 50mm springs.

My mate did the same when he fitted my v6 calibra brakes to my old C20LET corsa b, he looked like a plank when they wouldnt bleed up properly
