Wont start - HELP NEEDED

   1.1LTR 1996 Saxo
   
   Just stripped throttle body, cleaned carb out, put back together won't start, everything is as it should be, would appear to be a fuel problem, pump is priming ok when ignition is turned on, HELP

   Take the fuel line off where it meets the injector rail,& check for fuel coming through.

   Fuel is definately getting as far as the throttle body, but there seems to be a fuel cutoff in the top of the throttle body that doesnt appear to be opening and letting the fuel pass through the inlet manifold. Ignition is fine plugs are sparking.
   PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone has gotta have had this problem before?
