need help with my 106 with vts conversion HELP

   when driving i only put my accelerator down a we bit and the revs go up and doesnt pull , and i brought it in the drive and tried to drive it but i put it into gear and lift the clutch it doesnt go and it wont install

   Does not make much sense at all but going but what i can make sense of it your clucth is failing.
