Gear box problem

    just put an xsi box in and kam racing linkages and was working fine untill this weekend when it will not let me put it into 5th and 1st is something very stiff to get into, also sometimes reverse as well in and out!

    Any ideas

    You sure the box was in perfect working condition ?

    well its on the right hand side of the gates... would double check the linkages before anything else mate, 5th and reverse arent useually known for going wrong there the least used gears in the box...

    double check linkages first tbh

    Check your clutch isn't over adjusted. Other than that, fooked box - i feel your pain

    Sounds like the linkage might of come undone at one end..

    When my box was on it's way out.. I lost 5th and reverse too.

    I would start with the linkages, get under the car and see if you can move them about freely.
