exhaust noise

   ive heard this is common and have no idea were or what part of the exhaust is rattling , you rev it up and it rattles , you drive and let your foot off the accelerator and it rattles, if you only tap the accelerator it dosent do it its just about over 3-4000 rpm any help please!

   have you checked if any heat shields are lose?

   My guess would be rattling on the rear beam.
   
   Get under it and re-adjust it

   cheers guys ill have a pop tommorow only checked the mani heat shield , gonna check the 1 on the cat tommorow , and then i check to see if it is on the rear beam.

   I have a supersprint system on my VTR with standard manis and mine was rattling sounded a bit like metal on metal, looked under the Bonnet and found out that the metal shield on the manifold cat was loose and that the exhaust was hitting the rear axle, I just bent the middle hanger and it was all fine after
