Saxo Cat Bolts

    Hi there im wondering if anyone can help in telling me, what size of bolt fits from the wee side plate on the cat to the gear box bit, i have a saxo vtr 52 plate

    17mm springs to mind, but I cant remember 100%. Thats gonna annoy me all day now, ive got a spare bolt in the boot aswell :s

    its been annoying me for ages too, do u not think 17 mm is to big but as i tried a bolt about a 10 or a 12 n it didnt fit, i just wrote on her to see if any1 knew the excact size and length so that i didnt need to try loads lol

    Is this the bolt which holds the bracket on the bottom of the mani to the gearbox?

    Doubt it will be 17mm, thats a little on the large side.

    Get a propper one from a motor factors.

    Sorry i miss read the OP i thought it was to do with the socket size. I bought mine from Citroen.

    Quick search on the forum and ive come up with the following:

    M10 1.5x30mm

    I believe its an 8mm Allen key to remove (Standard bolt)
