Would a phase 1 manifold fit in a MK2 VTR ??

   Iv got a MK2 VTR and i am think of getting a phase 1 manifold off my mate. Would it fit ??

   It would fit - but you may have to convert your oil filter set-up to a mk1. Easy enough to do tho.. theres a guide on here - You might get lucky and the 4-2-1 misses the oil filter.

   I was just talking to this person and they said that it wouldnt fit because the mk1 and mk2 manifold bolts dont line up

   +1 to Saxova, the manifolds fit. a 4-2-1 Raceland manifold requires a mk1 oil filter conversion but a 4-1 doesnt.
   
   The person you spoke to might have been talking about inlet manifolds, these dont line up.

   i bought a mani from ebay and not sure if they made it wrong but it fitted the engine but seemed short there was a inch gap between the flange (giggady) on the mani and the my exhaust center pipe
