Query: Air filter and spark plugs.

   Hi guys, my MK2 VTR needs a service and I'm going to give it a go myself. What air filter do I need and what spark plugs would you recommend?
   
   My air filter is enclosed and it looks like this:
   
   
   
   Am I right thinking it's a panel filter?

   If you want to keep the standard air box setup, get an aftermarket panel filter for a Mk2 VTR
   Green/K&N/Pipercross
   And in terms of spark plugs, just get the OE spec, you'll benefit from hotter plugs with a 'hotter' engine (boosted)

   Ngk r plugs of the correct spec no need for any other plug!!!!
