hi been tidying up the vtr to sell on, and my gf brother said give it a clean with the pressure washer as he does all his cars the same with no problems. it turns over and starts but its misfiring bad and as soon as i touch the accelarator it dies. was after a bit of advice on what to do next. ive had coil pack out and its now dry. it did run normal for about a minute then misfired again. has anyone done the same if so how did you solve it or is it a matter of waiting for it to dry?

Probably damaged the coil bar, there suseptable to breaking... Take all the plugs out, clean them, wd40 the connections try again...

If it runs normal clout the throttle and clear it out...

    Any lights on the dash?

Right spray wd40 on all the electrics, then take the car for a good long drive. You`ll notice the car bogging down then coming back to life again. After a while all will be back to normal just don`t thrash it.
