Saxo Headlight wiring fucked!

   Evening,
   
   The guy I bought the car off, has re-wired the headlights through a few relays and then both headlights connect to one wire and straight to the battery.
   
   For some reason the fuses keep blowing or one set of lights stop working, for example atm by main beams are not working whereas my dipped and full are fine.
   
   Can a garage re-wire this and isit costly?

   Main beams dont work, but dipped and full do....
   
   So...they work??
   
   Edit: to not be an arse, any chance of tracing out the wiring in paint or even a few pictures so we can get an idea of how its wired. Guess theyre not original lights?

   my guess is some spud fitted 'wigwam flashing headlights' mine had them fitted. I too kept on blowing bulbs..
   
   Just rip all the relays/extra wiring off and go back to how it was..

   New loom from the inner wing connector to the front is easy enough to install, just for piece of mind. Sounds like a complete mess (and potentially dangerous) at the moment.
