90% of time when starting my saxo i get a loud screech noise when i turn the ignition i have to release the key then start again some times it happens 2-3 times before it starts best way to explain noise... start your car when running turn the ignition again not a nice sound is this the starter motor?>?

ANOTHER starting problem being when i can get the car to turn over it some times takes a moment turning the key i get the kick over sound engine trying to start but sounds out of petrole....... could this be spark plugs orrrrrr could it be petrole pump

asoon as i get a idea of what it is ill be down the motor factos lol

More likely the solenoid not disengaging properly and not sliding back

As above & probs cheaper to fit,a good 2nd hand one rather than repair the existing one.
