central locking solenoid

    hey guys and girls, my central locking it faulty, sometimes works sometimes doesn't, sometimes if i shut the driver door hard it works. (by key i have no fob) im thinking it could be the solenoid, what i am wanting to know is will this solenoid from a passenger side fit onto the lock mechanism of the driver side?? pic.....

    No mate they are different the drivers side has 2 plugs and the passenger side only has one. The drivers side has one white and one brown.

    Told you it was easy sorry I was a bit off the other day I just finished 16 hours at work mate.

    No worries, I only went back out to try again because you had got me determined. Saved 30pound thats the quote I got... 16hour shift bet you were shattered narmal 8 hours does me!
