Air locks

   once i start car up i keep getting airlocks and heats up quickly unsure what can cause it and ideas?

   You have a few as of going about this.
   Engine cold fill the rad up to the brim. The find a (bike dust cap valve) left hand side of the inlet. Undu it blow in to the rad pushin the air out untill you get a little water come out. Then cap on. Would be better if there was 2 of you and keep blowing while puttin the cap on. Job done. Let me know how it gose

   have the car running and heaters on full, put a hose in the rad, open bleed valve and just let in run untill the water is hot, bleed valve back on and job done, dont fill your rad right to the top either.

   have blown through rad few times, hard when i dont have a heater in the car also, when i undone the bleed valve the rad decided to fill up with water again :/

   Search on here for the header tank method and do that. If that doesn't sort it there is a problem

   i'll look, i know i have holes in the rad as blocked off some the lines got no heater matrix either lol
