fuel pump fuse

   Anyone know what fuse is the fuse to the fuel pump? and is it in the engine bay or one under the dash? i got a 1999 1.5d and want to replace the fuel filter. i herd you can remove the fuse to the fuel pump and try starting the car, wthis will clear the filter and hoses of fuel and stops fuel pissing out when you pull the filter out.
