Whats the best engine conversation for performance saxo vts or c2 vts and why

the jp4s has an extra 5 bhp iirc so suppsoe thats best for 'performance' due to its bigger valves

but when fitted to a saxo the inlet/exhaust manifold, sump needs to be changed and maybe some other bits, the block has to be drilled to accept the saxo inlet

also iirc the jp4 engine cant really use wild cams due to there week components "705 (similar to saxo 708's) camshafts must be used with the Citroen Saxo VTS OE followers, retainers and valve springs as the Citroen C2 components are not able to cope with this high performance camshaft- so in short more work and expense is invovled when camming a jp4

id jsut stick to a j4 engine, the main reson why people got them was because they were newer so had less miles on them but they too are getting old now so id rather have a rebuilt j4 engine with maybe a jp4 head with j4 internals
