How easy is it to replace windscreen?

As above, I'm hopefully picking up a 1.1 on wed to use for parts for mine.

As my windscreen got cracked I was curious if I could replace it myself?

    yeah its not too hard

need a bond cutter to remove the screens (ebay) dont buy a super cheap one as they can be lethal

clean both surfaces...tiger seal/sikaflex it back in

lining it up is hard without suction cups..but if theres two of you it really isnt that hard

tape it into place with duct tape from the top only (doesnt stretch so stays in place without putting pressure in other areas to sqaush the glue out

I'm getting the car for free but I am still considering a new one just curious currently having a battle with my neighbor to pay towards it as it was his fucking apples falling of the stupid tree he has that cracked it and has also dented my roof but I probably stand no chance as the car is on SORN and not insured :/

These apples are like boulders lol and the height that the tree is the force would easily be enough to crack it
