Spraying

   I have a green induction kit (pictured below) which is err...green, would it be possible to spray the green part of the filter blue, as i want to go for a silver/ blue theme in the engine bay and don'twant to be buying another induction kit.

   no spray it would not allow sufficient airfolw into your engine, the only way i think it could be possibly done is to possibly use fabric dye to dye the filter element

   yeah if ya spray it then it will block up n not suck air, but fabric dye dus sound a good idea
