3 stud to 4 stud

    Hi can any1 help me. Iv got a 1.1 3 stud saxo which I'm finding very expensive to purchase alloys for, so I was wondering if I can change the hubs will the current drive shafts still fit???

    Providing you match the hubs with the shafts then yes.As theres 2 types of driveshaft tapered & non tapered.

    Pretty sure the bearings and hubs for the 3 studs are different sizes so you cant replace them

    if your cars pre 2000 youll need full struts from a pre 2000 4 stud model
    if you cars post 2000 youll need struts from a post 2000 4 stud model

    as said above you cant just change the hubs + going 4 stud struts means better ARBs and better brakes aswell, but it also means you have to swap rear beams aswell

    Thank u all for the help looks like I'm gonna have to keep looking for some cheap 3 stud alloys
