Petrol gauge

   I think my petrol gauge is messed up. As soon as the light comes on i put petrol in it. A tenners worth will put the needle on the halfway point which is obviously total bs. £20 will put it a couple of mm above the half way point.. lol Don't really know what to do with it. Any suggestions? It never seems to go above 2/3 full, no matter how much i put into it.

   So if you fill the car up until the pump clicks, the gauge doesn't register that the car is full?
   My saxo fuel gauge was completely unreliable, depending on what angle your car was parked you either had fuel, or didn't

   Yeah filled it all the way up and the needle wont ever go over 2/3. I have noticed the angle of the car makes a difference though aswell as you said.

   when you're running low on fuel, how low does the gauge go?

   It will go all the way down into the reserve bit
