Enough Clearance With The Bump Stop?

   As above....
   Brought a saxo couple of weeks ago already lowered (50mm all round so he says) but was just happening to look at the mot history just to see it failed, said Rear Suspension has inadequate clearance with the bump stop. Just wondering if this is correct if it has been lowered by 50mm??

   Doubt it at 50mm lol would be riding them at about 100-120.
