cigarette socket not working ?

   i have a phone charger that you plug into the cigarette lighter socket and it isnt working at all what could this be ? where would the fuse be for it ? and i have checked under bonnet in the fuse box there all OK ?

   have you checked if the phone charger is not a dud?
