problem witch starting and while driveing , engine ,

   Lil prob I'll start the car up and it sounds like a bag off nails and blows a lot of air from the pipe that is next to the inlet manifold ( no pipe there but a fillter . Privous owner ) if u rev it blows more air out n noise gets louder strange bit if u drive it while it starts happeing u can be in 3rd gear n sit at 5000rpm n do about 10 mph ' ' ' strange how it comes n goes sounds like a hairdryer sometimes just a lond bangy one that's like its lost half the exghust. Any idears ?????

   Wrong section but a video might help diagnose it better.
