... yes it is? you 'line it up' anyway and just pop a 6mm drill bit in the hole.
its fail safe! i'd much rather know its locked into place than just drawn on, and could move at any time lol.

Haven't done many cambelts I'm guessing? Most just have marks and it's shit loads easier than having to scramble about putting the key in the hole,
Done now any way Cambelt change in 1.50hours including drunk tea time.
