   Thats the gearbox mount, thats not standerd dont even look aftermarket..

   With that the engine wont move forth and back much at all.
   
   We uses those on our mini with honda crx engine bcoz we want the engine to be solid as it possibly can.

   I'm guessing that's it's a custom engine mount for converting to a BE gearbox.

    yeah as said its the custom mounts made for the BE gearbox conversion

    yes it will hold engine solid --but it will also be VERY VERY noisey due to being no rubber to deade vibration
    not really for road use unless you are deaf
