code readers

   does any code reader read abs and airbag light faults on the saxos? i have a cheap ebay lead for the computer but it will only read engine management faults. would anyone recommend a code reader that will read all fault codes or a better program if possible for my computer lead that will read them all? not looking to spend alot on a code reader
